Gutter Care Pro, LLC is seeking business minded professionals to manage and market LEAFDEFLECTOR™ a premier gutter protection system. Contractor skills are not necessary in order to be succesful in our business. We require our associates to be dedicated to marketing, sales, and installation of LEAFDEFLECTOR™ gutter protection system to homeowners, condominium developments, property management companies and commercial developments within their assigned territories.

Some traits we look for in a prospective associate:

• existing or previous business owner or manager
• marketing, sales, and promotional advertising experience

• proven leadership and people skills
• ability to establish a business plan and execute
• entrepreneurial attitude setting and achieving goals
• high level of planning with sound decision making ability

• coordinating the entire marketing to installation process

Gutter Care Pro Associates are not required to operate their business from a retail location, this is optional. The requirements of operating a protected assigned territory will directly reflect your meeting our prerequisites.
